By creating a Placera account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Placera is a B2B recruitment operations platform for recruiters placing contractors with client businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to operate as a recruiter in Australia.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Notify us immediately at support@placera.com.au if you believe your account has been compromised.
Commission splits are governed by the rates set in your agreement with Placera. Payroll is processed on the schedule configured by your Placera administrator. Placera is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate timesheet submissions.
Placera and its logos, designs, and platform code are the property of Placera Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Placera, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in that policy. You must not upload, store, or transmit any sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for recruitment operations.
You agree to handle all candidate information ethically and in compliance with Australian privacy laws. You must obtain appropriate consent before submitting candidate profiles. Candidate ownership is determined by immutable timestamps. Any attempt to circumvent this system may result in account termination.
You agree not to use the platform in any manner that discriminates against candidates on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected attribute under Australian law.
Information obtained through the platform, including client details, candidate profiles, commission structures, and Deal Feed activity, is confidential. You must not disclose this information to third parties without authorisation.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Placera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
